Take-Home Assignment Toolkit

What’s inside

Set up a take-home assignment and organize its review with four components:

• A five-dimension grading rubric with 1–5 scoring anchors and prompts for written evidence.
• Candidate instruction examples for a standard take-home and a real-time trial session, plus a compensation wording add-on.
• A remote setup checklist and review process covering calibration, independent scoring, disagreements and decision notes.
• A compensation planning discussion with calculation examples and sample payment wording.

Format: One 13-page PDF containing the rubric, instruction examples, setup playbook and compensation framework.
