Shipping Policy

Digital.A.I. is a fully digital store. We do not ship physical items. Everything we sell is delivered electronically as a downloadable file or as access to an online tool.

How delivery works

After your purchase is complete, you will receive your download in two ways:

- Order confirmation email: A download link is included in the order confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout. Click the link to access your file(s) immediately.
- Customer account: If you created an account at checkout, your purchases are also accessible from your account dashboard at any time.

You can download your files as many times as needed, on any device.

Delivery timing

Digital deliveries are immediate. The download link is generated and sent within minutes of payment confirmation. There is no waiting period, no shipping carrier, and no tracking number.

If you have not received your download within 30 minutes of purchase:

1. Check the spam or promotions folder of the email you used at checkout
2. Confirm the email address on your order is correct
3. Email digitala.i.downloads@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend the download link

We respond to delivery issues within 24 hours.

Where we deliver

Because all of our products are digital, we deliver worldwide. There are no shipping zones, no customs fees, no import duties, and no geographic restrictions.

File compatibility

Our products are delivered in widely supported formats:

- Resume templates: Microsoft Word (.docx), PDF, and where applicable, Canva template links
- Hiring frameworks and kits: PDF and Microsoft Word
- Spreadsheets and workbooks: Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) — also compatible with Google Sheets
