Digital.A.I. is a fully digital store. We do not ship physical items. Everything we sell is delivered electronically as a downloadable file or as access to an online tool.

How delivery works

Download links are delivered by email at purchase and available from your order page. Files are Word, Excel, or PDF; Google Docs/Sheets compatibility is not guaranteed.

Delivery timing

Digital downloads do not require physical shipping. If you cannot find your download email, check spam or promotions, confirm the email address on your order, and contact digitala.i.downloads@gmail.com with your order number.

We reply within 1–2 business days.

File compatibility

Included formats and software requirements vary by product. Read the included-file list on the product page and use the software named there.

If you have trouble opening a file, email us and we will help.

License reminder

Single-business commercial use. May not be resold, redistributed, publicly shared, sublicensed, or used as a base for derivative templates sold elsewhere. Covers internal use within one business entity. For full details, see our Terms of Service.
