Refund Policy

Digital.A.I. sells digital products — resume templates, hiring frameworks, and downloadable kits. Because these products are delivered electronically and cannot be "returned," our refund policy reflects industry standards for digital goods.

Our policy in plain language

All sales of digital products are final once the file has been downloaded.

By completing a purchase and accessing the download, you acknowledge that the digital product has been delivered and the sale is complete.

When we will issue a refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

- You were unable to download the file due to a technical issue on our end, and we are unable to resolve it within 5 business days.
- The file you received is corrupted or unusable, and we cannot provide a working replacement.
- You were charged but never received access to the download. Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number.
- You purchased the same product twice in error within the last 30 days.

When we will not issue a refund

- You changed your mind after downloading the product.
- You did not read the product description and the product does not fit your specific use case.
- You purchased the wrong template or pack by mistake. (We are happy to swap it for an equivalent-priced product within 14 days, but cannot refund.)
- The product did not produce the outcome you hoped for (e.g. did not land you a job, did not result in a hire). Career outcomes depend on many factors outside the product itself.
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase.

How to request a refund

Email digitala.i.downloads@gmail.com with:

- Your order number
- The product(s) you are requesting a refund for
- A brief description of the issue

We respond within 24–48 hours and will let you know whether your request qualifies under this policy.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing issue, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us means your account may be flagged and access to future purchases may be restricted.
