Welcome to Digital.A.I. By accessing this website and purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

Digital.A.I. ("we," "us," "our") is a digital-products company operated from Florida, United States. We sell downloadable career tools including resume templates, hiring frameworks, and related materials.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from Digital.A.I. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. License and permitted use

When you purchase a digital product from Digital.A.I., you are not buying ownership of the product — you are buying a single-user license to use the product for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You may:

- Use the product for your own job search, hiring process, or career-related needs.
- Edit and customize templates for your own personal or internal organizational use.
- Print, save, and distribute final outputs (resumes, offers, etc.) created with our templates.
- For business products (e.g., the Hiring Manager's Library): use the product within your own organization for your own hiring activities.

You may not:

- Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share the product or any portion of it with anyone outside your household or organization.
- Use the product as a base or component for derivative templates, kits, or products that you sell elsewhere (including on Etsy, Gumroad, your own website, or any other platform).
- Use the product for commercial career-coaching, resume-writing, or HR-consulting services that you charge clients for, without obtaining a separate commercial license from us first.
- Claim authorship or ownership of the underlying templates, frameworks, or copy.
- Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or attribution embedded in the products.

4. Intellectual property

All products sold by Digital.A.I., including templates, copy, frameworks, scoring rubrics, and design elements, are the intellectual property of Digital.A.I. and are protected by U.S. and international copyright law. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product as described above; it does not transfer ownership.

5. Product accuracy and outcomes

We design our products with care, but Digital.A.I. does not guarantee any specific career outcome, hiring decision, or business result. Resume templates do not guarantee interviews. Interview kits do not guarantee successful hires. Hiring frameworks are tools, not legal advice.

Some products reference legal or compliance topics (e.g., offer letters, reference checks, compensation conversations). These references are general guidance only and are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney or HR professional in your jurisdiction.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before purchasing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital.A.I. and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our products, including but not limited to lost wages, missed job opportunities, hiring mistakes, or business losses. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that specific product.

8. Termination of license

If you violate these Terms of Service — including by reselling, redistributing, or creating derivative products from our content — your license is automatically revoked, and we may pursue legal remedies including but not limited to DMCA takedowns and damages.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
