A hiring process has a shape whether or not anyone designed it. Someone writes to a candidate. Someone screens. Someone interviews, someone decides, someone tells the people who did not get it, and then a manager inherits the person who did.
Each of those moments produces a document, or fails to. The gaps are easy to miss: a screen with no notes, a decision nobody wrote down, a rejection that never went out, a new starter with no plan. What they have in common is that the work was done and the record was not.
What the eight packs line up against
Reaching people. LinkedIn Recruiter Outreach Templates — outreach messages with a personalisation and use guide.
Screening. The Resume Screening Rubric Pack for the paper stage, and the Phone Screen Script Library — scripts, a customisation guide and an Excel evaluation workbook — for the first call.
Interviewing. The Structured Interview Scorecard Pack: fifteen editable role-type scorecards in an Excel workbook, with a calibration guide and interviewer evidence notes.
Reference checks. The Reference Check Question Bank — a question bank, email scripts and an evidence-notes workbook.
Deciding. The Hiring Decision Framework: a finalist decision framework, finalist worksheet and calibration guide.
Telling the others. The Candidate Rejection Email Library, with a selection and review guide.
Afterwards. The Performance Review + PIP + Termination Kit — four preparation modules for reviews, improvement planning, termination preparation and follow-up documentation.
That last one belongs in a hiring kit more than it first appears. The conversations a manager has in month seven are shaped by what was written down in week one.
The part worth being honest about
The kit's own scope note is blunt, and we would rather repeat it than bury it. Nothing in this kit is an app, a subscription, a service or a promise about hiring outcomes. It does not include the other packs sold separately, AI tools, recruiting automation, consulting, an email course, future additions or lifetime updates. It makes no claim about interview, hiring or job outcomes.
Practical limits worth knowing before you buy rather than after:
Software. These are standard .docx and .xlsx files, opened and recalculated in the desktop Microsoft 365 versions of Word and Excel. Other versions and office suites are untested and may differ in formulas, validation or layout. If your team lives in a different suite, test one workbook before you build a process on it.
Sample values are fictional. Every bracketed employer field is yours to replace with information you have verified, and the process you follow is your own organisation's approved one. These are educational and productivity tools — not legal, HR, platform or employment advice — and they do not make employment decisions for you.
What is in the box
One ZIP containing the eight pack folders, each laid out exactly as sold individually, plus START-HERE.pdf, a PACK-INDEX.pdf listing every pack with its folder path and exact file list, LICENSE.txt, and a MANIFEST.sha256 of file checksums. Word and Excel files are the editable working documents; the PDFs are reading copies. Extract the whole ZIP first, open START-HERE, then go to the pack your process calls for — there is no required order. $79.99, instant digital download.
